Chef Charlie Presents: Zucchini Scones

Need a highly nutritious, low-calorie, hydrating treat for dogs (and the adventurous cat)? Try these!


3 cups of shredded zucchini (2 medium)
1 & 1/2 cups of flour
2 eggs, whisked
1 tsp. salt


Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix shredded zucchini with salt and let it sit in a colander in the sink for 10 minutes to drain - squeeze out all excess liquid with paper towels.
Divide mixture evenly into greased 12 muffin tin
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes
